to your PC –
You should have installed latest CWM (v18.104.22.168 or above) or TWRP (vv22.214.171.124 or above) versions if you having old version then you will receive failed
2.Turn off the device and boot into recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Down + Power Buttons (Select RECOVERY mode) together,Leave the button after displaying logo of the device.
3.For navigation use the volume buttons for selection use power button.
4.First you have to perform clean cache “wipe data/factory reset”
5.Next you have to perform “wipe cache partition”
6.After that go to ‘advanced’ and then select “wipe dalvik cache”
7.Then go back to main menu and select the option “choose zip from sdcard” and find your copied ROM and install it,same for Gapps
