[Tutorial]:How to Install Android 4.3.1 Jelly Bean on HTC Desire HD
Please Configure ADB and Fast Boot on your PC If you Don’t know then Go here
2.Connect HTC Device with PC using USB cable and Mount it
3.Copy and paste it on your HTC Device root folder of SD card which you have previously download ROM and Gapps
4.Copy and paste boot.img file to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory
5.switch off the device
6.Boot into fastboot/bootloader by pressing and holding the Volume Down + Power buttons
7.on Fastboot mode (on your htc device), navigate to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory (on your pc) and open Command Prompt (Shift + Right-click > Open Command Prompt)
8.And type following command and press enter
fastboot flash boot boot.img
9.Then type this command also
10.Enter to recovery Mode if you don’t know how to enter recovery mode Go Here
11.For navigation use the volume buttons for selection use power button.
12.First you have to perform clean cache “wipe data/factory reset”
13.Next you have to perform “wipe cache partition”
14.After that go to ‘advanced’ and then select “wipe dalvik cache”
15.Then go back to main menu and select the option “choose zip from sdcard” and find your copied ROM and install it,same for Gapps
16.Go back to main menu and select “Reboot Now” it will take few minutes to load.
